Description
Precision Equipt Sardine Tool
Bicycle multi-tools have been the same, not innovated for a long time. They are box-shaped, bulky, clumsy to use and heavy.
This has been a challenge and at the same time motivation to change that for the developer of equipt tools for years, but now it’s finally here.
The newly developed portable tool, called “Sardine”, is stick-shaped and lightweight (only 38 grams!).
And best of all, it’s easy to use. Due to this shape, if it is straightened, it can be turned quickly and work time is reduced. And if you set it to 90 degrees without replacing it, you can loosen or tighten the bolt by applying torque.
The four tool bits move freely, so they can be used at any angle and work in tight spaces such as installing a Seatpost, bottle cage, a saddle, etc.
Flipping it over while turning makes loosening/tightening fast and firm.
The four tool bits move around so you can use it at any angle even in a narrow space
“The bits are intentionally limited to five functions: HEX 6/5/4/3 and Torx T25. It also is compatible with a Topeak 8mm socket.
Because these are the ones you use most often during your ride. Also, it’s easier to use if you have a chain cutter or a smaller hex separately.
Precision Equipt Sardine Tool is also 8mm box bit compatible!
A 3D printed holder is included. It can be installed under the bottle cage. The holder has two holes in parallel, choose according to the thickness of the frame.
Also, please note that if you carry it directly in your pocket, you may be injured in the event of a fall.
